In today’s blog, I explore how the color of visible light led me to the conclusion that Creator God’s Love is Energy.

As I indicated in a previous post, I perceived intuitively in Active Imagination, imagery which manifested itself into Twelve Modalities or gifts of Creator God’s Love.  These Twelve Modalities were at first manifest as three colors for each of the three manifolds (Divine Masculine Energy, Divine Feminine Energy, and Divine Spiritual Energy).  These three colors were the primary colors of red, yellow, and blue.  As these three colors emerged, additional colors were manifested, as if they were being mixed by an artist on a painter’s palate.  The emergent colors included red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and indigo.  Still further mixing in my Active Imagination yielded even more colors including red, red-orange, orange, orange-yellow, yellow, yellow-green, green, blue-green, blue, blue-indigo, indigo, and violet.  Here, before me, in my imagery, were not only the Twelve Modalities but twelve symbolic colors for each modality.

I was puzzled by the presence of these colors for each of the Twelve Modalities.  While I assumed they must symbolize some connection, I just didn’t know what that was.  After a while, I began to realize that there was a definite relationship between each color and energy.

These colors represent a very narrow set of images which represent visible light.  Light is simply a name for a range of electromagnetic radiation that can be detected by the human eye.

Electromagnetic energy refers to the energy that comes from electromagnetic radiation.  This radiation is composed of waves that move at the speed of light in a way that is suggestive of both waves and particles.

It is the wavelength of visible light which determines its color.

The frequency, or the number of wavelengths per second of a light wave, may be calculated using the equation:

c = l x n

speed of light = wavelength x frequency

In quantum mechanics in classical theory, a photon has energy and is calculated using the equation:

E = h x n

Energy = Planck’s constant x frequency of light

Substituting “n = c/l” from the first equation into the second equation yields the following equation:

E = h x (c/l)

Energy = Planck’s constant x (speed of light divided by wavelength)

Here, we can see that, as the wavelength of colors varies from red to violet, the energies associated with each modality will change.  The bottom line is that each modality represents energy and the associated representation is as follows:
Energy                                                 Red
Order                                                   Red-orange
Life                                                         Orange
Community                                      Orange-yellow

Liberty                                                 Yellow
Awareness                                        Yellow-green
Authenticity                                     Green
Articulation                                       Blue-green

Unity                                                    Blue
Vision                                                   Blue-indigo
Wisdom                                              Indigo
Creativity                                           Violet

With the manifestation of these Twelve Modalities and the associated colors, I was led to the conclusion that:

God is Love; Love is Energy

What I find interesting here is that I am expecting to find Three Manifolds of Reality: body or masculine energy, mind or feminine energy, and Spirit or the non-dual union of body and mind.  Body is visible while mind and Spirit are veiled.  Yet, with this imagery of colors, all the modalities of body, mind, and Spirit have been unveiled and are clearly visible.  Some very deep mysteries have been made manifest here.

This will have further interesting implications when I explore in more detail the observations of reality on large scale dimensions such as is found in classical physics as compared to observations of reality on very tiny dimensions as found in atoms and as described in quantum mechanics.

Here I believe that the connections between science and spirituality will unfold.

Light has a dual nature of both particle and wave.  When we observe light from its particle nature or its wave nature, we look at light from its non-dual nature.  Our perception may change and it becomes a non-dual union of both particle and wave.  This imagery for me suggests itself as a metaphor for the realities of body, mind and Spirit.

I will discuss this imagery in subsequent posts.
